Account manager. Trainee

Remote work allowed.
Part-time employment allowed.
The traineeship takes 2-3 months with the option of official employment.

Responsibilities
Support with managing clients’ accounts on all levels: technical, business, support, financial etc.
Work with international clients by phone/email/skype
Documentation support of clients (agreements, invoices, financial docs)
Financial support of clients (reports, monthly validations, invoicing, receivables control etc.)
Support with providing clients/developers with the feedback and visa-versa
Support with up-sell/cross-sell offers

Requirements:
Fluent English, C1 level and upper (degree in English is preferable)
Account management/client service experience (will be a plus)
Competent in Microsoft Office programs 
Web and PC literate is a must
Digital marketing area experience (will be a huge advantage)
Good time-management skills
Strong multitasking skills
Fast learner and proactive person

Project manager. Trainee

Responsibilities
Support in coordinating external vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
Support in ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget;
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
Assist in ensuring resource availability and allocation;
Support in the development of detailed project documentation to monitor and track progress;
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
Report and escalate to management as needed;
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors;
Use and continually develop leadership skills;
Participate in pre-sales activities

Requirements:
Fluent English, C1 level and upper (degree in English is preferable)
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills; 
Tech Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities
Assist in research, identification, definition and refinement product problem spaces
Support in conducting market, competitor, customer and internal research to define the problem space and brainstorm ideas for the product
Support in developing metrics and strategies for achieving product success.Work with our technology partners to further strengthen our integrated approach
Ruthlessly prioritise your time and product feature development, balancing quality, competitive advantage, customer need and innovation using a data-driven approach.Define, articulate and manage user stories and user story maps
Assist in the product delivery – be accountable for the delivery of features to address a problem statement
Communicate product user stories and rationale with all stakeholders within the business

Requirements:
Fluent English, C1 level and upper (degree in English is preferable)
Tech background
Understanding an agile environment
Understanding of lean product management principles
Understanding of UX principles
Have the confidence and ability to say no (tactfully!)Tech Bachelor's Degree
Startup experience will be a huge plus
